How to make a low cost Fire lighter.

When you need a match to catch take a small compact amount of cotton.  Wrap it.  Fluff it.  Add punk [dried leaves / grass around the cotton. Place these to things into middle of small Kindling area. Ignite flame.  Place flame next to cotton wool ... it will burn well.  Just feed the flames with small twigs now.  Cotton ....---> from washing machine - very dried out - or use a 'internal flow reducer!!!!' [use you imagination here]
